Where can I receive the items or Diamonds I purchased?

All purchased items and Diamonds will be sent to your in-game Gift Box.

I purchased Diamonds, but they haven’t been added.

Depending on payment processing delays, it may take some time for purchased Diamonds to appear. Please restart the app or your device, wait a little while, and check again.
For receipts or billing statements, please contact your card issuer.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club).

How do I create an account?

Select Menu (top right) > Create Account.

How do I sign in?

Select Sign In / Register (top right), then enter your in-game Player ID and password.

I don’t know my in-game Player ID.

You can find it on the Title Screen, or via Home > Menu > Profile.
Please note: You need a game account to use the Groovy Mix Web Store.
If you don’t have one yet, please try again after completing the in-game tutorial.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

On the Sign In / Register page (top right), select Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to reset it.

Can I delete my Web Store account?

I haven’t received a reply to my inquiry.

If you do not receive a reply within one week after sending your inquiry,
it may be because the email was filtered into your spam/junk folder or blocked by your email settings.

Before contacting us again, please:
Check your spam/junk folder
Review your email receiving settings
If you use an allowlist (safe sender) setting, please allow emails from @donuts.ne.jp
